Detached home sales were up for December 2019 (10) when compared to the same month last year (6).  One home sold above its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,900,000 (Centennial Pkwy) and the lowest priced home sold for $860,000 (Bayview Drive).  On average it took 68 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 102 active listings on the market compared to 128 listings at the end of December. The highest priced listing currently is $5,888,800 (210 Graham Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $749,000 (950 53A Street). The average list price is $1,690,855.

Currently there are 83 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (83 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $305,000 (#201-5553 16th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $1,199,000 (#106 6505 3rd Ave).
