Detached home sales were really up for September 2017 (31) when compared to the same month last year (13).  Four sales were above their asking price and two sales were at their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,198,000 (54th Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $920,000 (5B Ave).  On average it took 38 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 151 active listings on the market compared to 157 listings at the end of September. The highest priced listing currently is $8,900,000 (598 Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced listing is $889,900 (5855 17A Ave). The average list price is $1,897,324.

The average sold price was $654,833. Currently there are 26 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (25 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $359,900 (#305 5555 13A Ave) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
