Detached home sales were really down for October 2018 (14) when compared to the same month last year (27).  All sales were below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,575,000 (Centennial Pkwy) and the lowest priced home sold for $962,000 (Apple Lane).  On average it took 69 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 157 active listings on the market compared to 159 listings at the end of October. The highest priced listing currently is $4,798,000 (1143 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $888,000 (1430 View Cres). The average list price is $1,621,232.

Currently there are 62 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (64 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $399,000 (#219 5518 14th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
