Detached home sales were really up again in October 2020 (37) when compared to the same month last year (21). Eight homes sold above their asking price and four homes sold at their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,028,000 (English Bluff Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $805,000 (12th Ave). On average it took 37 days on the market for these homes to sell.
