Detached home sales were down in February 2022 (47) when compared to the same month last year (52). Twenty seven homes sold above their asking price and three homes sold at their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $4,152,000 (Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced home sold for $1,288,000 (Cedar Springs Drive). On average it took 24 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 62 active listings on the market compared to 65 listings at the end of February.
