The highest priced home sold for $2,715,000 (882 Tsawwassen Beach Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $733,238 (1597 Fir Springs Lane). The average sales price for July was $1,042,631 (July 2013 average $639,959). As of today there are 69 active listings on the market compared to 76 listings at the end of July. The highest priced listing currently is $5,900,000 (300 Copsfield Dr) and the lowest priced listing is $711,000 (5653 Wellsgreen Place).
