Detached home sales were down in January 2024 (10) when compared to the same month last year (15). One home sold at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,875,000 (2A Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $1,145,000 (16th Ave). On average it took 51 days on the market for these homes to sell (44 last month). As of today there are 69 active listings on the market compared to 68 listings at the end of December. The highest priced listing currently is $4,280,000 (225 English Bluff Road) and the lowest priced listing is $1,150,000 (866 56th Street). The average list price is $1,952,900 (single family).
