Detached home sales were down for December 2018 (4) when compared to the same month last year (9).  All sales were below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,420,000 (Goldenrod Cres) and the lowest priced home sold for $865,000 (58th Street).  On average it took 53 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 114 active listings on the market compared to 131 listings at the end of December. The highest priced listing currently is $3,990,000 (295 English Bluff) and the lowest priced listing is $888,000 (1430 View Cres). The average list price is $1,515,480.

Currently there are 54 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (57 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $319,000 (#247 5421 10th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
