The average sales price for August was $1,183,160 (August 2013 average $760,047). As of today there are 64 active listings on the market compared to 69 listings at the end of August. The highest priced listing currently is $4,998,000 (8 Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced listing is $624,800 (4669 Fox Lane). The average list price is $1,214,317.
