Tsawwassen Home Sales (April 2021)

Like Ladner, detached home sales were really up again in March 2021 (52) when compared to the same month last year (18). Twenty homes sold above their asking price and five homes sold at their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,998,000 (Graham Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $928,000 (Mallard Lane). On average it took 33 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 109 active listings on the market compared to 95 listings at the end of March. The highest priced listing currently is $4,980,000 (225 English Bluff) and the lowest priced listing is $1,098,000 (4878 5th Ave). The average list price is $1,870,267 (single family).

The average sold price was $705,309. Currently there are 65 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (66 last month). The lowest priced listing is $359,900 (#305 5553 16th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $1,699,888 (#207 5055 Springs Blvd).
