Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of October (15) when compared to the same month last year (13). The highest priced home sold for $1,650,000 (Westmintser Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $540,000 (Schooner Gate).  One sale was at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 39 days. Currently there are 90 listings on the market compared to 104 at the end of October. As of today the highest priced listing is $17,495,000 (6720 60th Ave) and the lowest priced listing is $135,000 (#1 4671 West River Road).  The average list price is $1,177,839 (single family).

Currently there are 75 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 70 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,068,000 (#218 5535 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $389,800 (#105 4738 53rd Street).
