Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of April (10) when compared to the same month last year (18). The highest priced single family home sold for $1,755,501 (Linden Drive) and the lowest priced single family home sold for $643,000 (Regatta Way).  All 10 homes sold below their asking price. For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 48 days. Currently there are 65 single family home listings on the market compared to 76 at the end of April.  As of today the highest priced listing is $4,750,000 (4726 60B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $389,000 (#6 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,288,003 (single family).
