Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of July (13) when compared to the same month last year (15). The highest priced home sold for $1,150,000 (Brodie Place) and the lowest priced home sold for $290,000 (West River Road).  All sales were below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 41 days. Currently there are 112 listings on the market compared to 111 at the end of July. As of today the highest priced listing is $17,495,000 (6720 60th Ave) and the lowest priced listing is $175,000 (#1 4671 West River Road).  The average list price is $1,122,029 (single family).

Currently there are 72 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 71 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,128,000 (#39 5300 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $389,000 (#202 4728 53rd Street).
