Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of August (15) when compared to the same month last year (13). The highest priced home sold for $1,160,000 (52A Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $633,000 (Pennant Bay).  One sale was at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 42 days. Currently there are 100 listings on the market compared to 112 at the end of August. As of today the highest priced listing is $17,495,000 (6720 60th Ave) and the lowest priced listing is $159,900 (#1 4671 West River Road).  The average list price is $1,106,987 (single family).

Currently there are 77 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 72 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,128,000 (#39 5300 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $389,900 (#117 4742 Blue Heron Way).
