Ladner Home Sales (October 2018)

Detached home sales in Ladner were once again down for the month of October (11) when compared to the same month last year (20). The highest priced home sold for $1,150,000 (47A Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $825,000 (58th Street).  One sale was above its asking price while all the rest were below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 53 days. Currently there are 105 listings on the market compared to 124 at the end of October. As of today the highest priced listing is $15,999,999 (3820 64th Street) and the lowest priced listing is $419,000 (#24 3871 River Road).  The average list price is $1,380,544 (single family).

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were slightly down for October 2018 (8) when compared to October 2017 (10).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $1,150,000 (Ferry Road) and the lowest priced condo/townhouse sold for $340,000 (48th  Ave). The average sold price was $777,086. Currently there are 62 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 64 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,200,000 (#10 5510 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $389,000 (#103 4926 48th Ave).
