Detached home sales in Ladner were really down for the month of February (8) when compared to the same month last year (19). The highest priced home sold for $1,350,000 (46th Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $645,000 (Regatta Way).  All 8 sales were below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 33 days. Currently there are 86 listings on the market compared to 84 at the end of February.  As of today the highest priced listing is $11,500,000 (2990 57B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $379,900 (#18 3871 West River Road).  The average list price is $1,427,077 (single family).

The average sold price was $645,432. Currently there are 24 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 23 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,175,000  (#86 5900 Ferry Road) and the lowest priced listing is $439,000 (#9 5661 Ladner Trunk Road).
