Detached home sales in Ladner were double for the month of August (22) when compared to the same month last year (11). The highest priced home sold for $1,348,000 (Central Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $305,000 (River Road). Two sales were at their asking price and 2 sales were above their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 49 days. Currently there are 86 listings on the market compared to 85 at the end of August.  As of today the highest priced listing is $13,940,000 (2810 57B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $249,000 (#13 3871 River Road).  The average list price is $1,584,089 (single family).

Currently there are 29 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 27 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,038,000  (#1 5510 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $435,000 (#C105 4831 53rd Street).
