Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of August (16) when compared to the same month last year (19). The highest priced home sold for $1,038,000 (4479 W River Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $618,000 (5495 Westminster).  Seven homes sold above their asking price and the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The average sales price in Ladner for August was $836,506 (August 2013 average $728,389).  Currently there are 48 listings on the market compared to 50 at the end of August.
