Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of April (29) when compared to the same month last year (41). The highest priced home sold for $2,200,000 (6123 28th Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $585,000 (4903 44B Ave). Ten homes sold above their asking price and two homes sold at their asking price. The average sales price in Ladner for April was $777,547 (April 2013 average $692,872). Currently there are 55 listings on the market compared to 56 at the end of April. As of today the highest priced listing is $11,900,000 (East Ladner Farm) and the lowest priced listing is $238,000 (#27-3871 River Rd).

Currently there are 24 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 33 last month. The highest priced listing currently is $759,900 (#2 5300 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $234,900 (#109 4738 53rd Street).
