The highest priced home sold for $2,690,000 (208 Graham Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $935,000 (1246 Pacific Drive).  The average sales price for January was $1,345,755 (January 2014 average $842,233).  As of today there are 93 active listings on the market compared to 52 listings at the end of January.
