Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of January (13) when compared to the same month last year (11). The highest priced single family home sold for $1,610,000 (65A Street) and the lowest priced single family home sold for $555,000 (Regatta Way).  One home sold above its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 87 days. Currently there are 63 single family home listings on the market compared to 76 at the end of January.
