Detached home sales were really down for February 2019 (7) when compared to the same month last year (23).  Two sales were at their asking price and the rest were below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,619,047 (Duncan Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $995,000 (7B Ave).  On average it took 116 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 150 active listings on the market compared to 124 listings at the end of February. The highest priced listing currently is $4,188,000 (995 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $875,000 (1430 View Cres). The average list price is $1,577,118.
