Detached home sales in Ladner were once again down for the month of September (10) when compared to the same month last year (15). The highest priced home sold for $1,175,000 (Crescent Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $336,400 (West River Road).  One sale was above its asking price while all the rest were below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 65 days. Currently there are 124 listings on the market compared to 118 at the end of September. As of today the highest priced listing is $15,999,999 (3820 64th Street) and the lowest priced listing is $434,800 (#9 3871 River Road).  The average list price is $1,364,978 (single family).
