Detached home sales were also down for May 2018 (23) when compared to the same month last year (39).  One sale was at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,250,000 (1A Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $900,000 (67th Street).  On average it took 45 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 192 active listings on the market compared to 189 listings at the end of May. Detached home sales in Ladner were once again down for the month of May (18) when compared to the same month last year (31). The highest priced home sold for $1,888,000 (Fenton Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $650,000 (Schooner Gate).  One home sold above its asking price and one home sold at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 25 days. Currently there are 121 listings on the market compared to 107 at the end of May.  As of today the highest priced listing is $18,000,000 (3820 64th Street) and the lowest priced listing is $195,000 (#9 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,461,704 (single family).
