The highest priced home sold for $1,348,000 (Central Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $305,000 (River Road). Two sales were at their asking price and 2 sales were above their asking price. For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 49 days. Currently there are 86 listings on the market compared to 85 at the end of August.
