The highest priced home sold for $1,977,920 (104th Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $785,000 (River Road). One sale was at its asking price and one sale was above its asking price. For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 47 days. Currently there are 107 listings on the market compared to 106 at the end of February.
