Detached home sales dropped again for January 2017 (17) when compared to the same month last year (39).  Two sales were at their asking price while all the rest were below their asking price.  The highest priced home sold for $1,925,000 (Beach Grove Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $705,000 (leased land).  On average it took 39 days on the market for these home to sell.  As of today there are 130 active listings on the market compared to 113 listings at the end of January. The highest priced listing currently is $7,888,000 (1160 Boundary Road) and the lowest priced listing is $929,800 (6020 17A Ave). The average list price is $1,796,291.
