Detached home sales were up for January 2016 (40) when compared to the same month last year (26).  Eighteen homes sold above their asking price and seven homes sold at their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,690,000 (208 Graham Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $935,000 (1246 Pacific Drive).  The average sales price for January was $1,345,755 (January 2014 average $842,233).  As of today there are 93 active listings on the market compared to 52 listings at the end of January. The highest priced listing currently is $7,888,000 (1160 Boundary Road) and the lowest priced listing is $838,000 (938 53A Street).  The average list price is $1,351,649.
