The average sales price for September was $783,652 (September 2012 average $800,750). As of today there are 112 active listings on the market compared to 130 listings at the end of September. The highest priced listing currently is $5,600,000 (300 Copsefield Dr) and the lowest priced listing is $539,000 (393 56th Street).
